Know exactly where you stand — and what you can do next.

How the AI review works

Where we sit

We're the honest middle ground. Free charities do vital work but are heavily oversubscribed, slow, and can only take a narrow range of cases. Full private representation can cost £5,000–£20,000 or more. We give you experienced, regulated lawyers reviewing your case at a clear fixed price — faster and more accessible than a charity, far more affordable than running a full appeal, and trustworthy and regulated, unlike unregulated "appeal consultants." Where you need formal representation, we help you instruct a solicitor or barrister of record.

How payment works

Straightforward, transparent, fair.

Payment options

  • Debit or credit card
  • UK bank transfer
  • Deposit + monthly instalments on every package above the Triage Review
  • Family split-payment so siblings, parents or partners can contribute to one case

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Every package above the Triage Review can be split into a deposit plus monthly payments. We'll set this up with you when you book.

Can family members split the cost?

Yes — we offer split-payment so siblings, parents or partners can contribute to one case.

Is the Triage fee really refundable against other work?

It's redeemable: if you go on to book a larger package within 30 days, your £249 comes off the price.

What if there's no case?

We'll tell you honestly. We would rather give you the truth than take your money for work that won't help — that honesty is the whole point of what we do.

Are the fees refundable?

Fixed fees are non-refundable once work has begun, which is standard for this kind of work. We're always clear about what's included before you commit.

Not sure which is right for you?

Almost everyone should start with a Triage Review. It's the affordable, honest way to find out whether there's anything worth pursuing — and exactly what to do next. If there is, your Triage fee comes off your next package.
