How payment works
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Every package above the Triage Review can be split into a deposit plus monthly payments. We'll set this up with you when you book.
Can family members split the cost?
Yes — we offer split-payment so siblings, parents or partners can contribute to one case.
Is the Triage fee really refundable against other work?
It's redeemable: if you go on to book a larger package within 30 days, your £249 comes off the price.
What if there's no case?
We'll tell you honestly. We would rather give you the truth than take your money for work that won't help — that honesty is the whole point of what we do.
Are the fees refundable?
Fixed fees are non-refundable once work has begun, which is standard for this kind of work. We're always clear about what's included before you commit.
