Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone using Case Review UK. By instructing us or paying for a package, you agree to them.

1. What we are (and are not)

Case Review UK is an independent legal case-review service. We provide written assessments, strategic advice and draft materials. We are not your solicitor of record. Where formal court representation is needed, we help you instruct a regulated solicitor or barrister who will act for you.

2. Fixed fees

Each package is offered for a fixed fee, agreed upfront. Payment is due before work begins. Fees are non-refundable once we have started work; if we have not yet started, contact us within 7 days of payment for a refund. Payment plans are available on request.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Legal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that a case, appeal or application will succeed. Any views we express are professional opinions, not promises.

4. Your documents and information

You confirm that documents you send us are yours to share, or that you have permission to share them. We handle everything in strict confidence (see our Privacy Policy) and delete on request in line with our retention schedule.

5. AI pre-scan

Every package includes an AI pre-scan draft. AI output is a draft only and is always reviewed by a senior UK lawyer before release. AI can miss context or misread scanned images — do not rely on the pre-scan draft as final advice.

6. Limits of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for any single matter is capped at the fee paid for that matter.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
