Entirely online. You send us the court documents, charge sheets, sentencing remarks and related paperwork. Our team reviews everything and returns a clear written assessment.

Why should I get an outside view before trial?

Before you plead or go to trial, it helps to have an independent assessment of the realistic sentence and the strengths and weaknesses of the case. We are not part of the local court system, so we can give you an honest second opinion based only on the facts and the law.

Are you independent of the police, CPS and the courts?

Yes. We have no affiliation with the police, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Probation Service, the judiciary or any firm acting for either side. Our only loyalty is to the client who instructs us.

Each service is one fixed price, confirmed in writing before any work begins. We do not charge by the hour, by the letter, by the phone call or by the meeting. The price depends on the volume of papers and the complexity of the case.

Do you guarantee an appeal will succeed?

No. No reputable lawyer can guarantee an outcome. We give an honest, experienced assessment of the merits and realistic prospects, and explain the next steps.

Are you instructed as solicitor of record?

Not by default. We provide independent case review and guidance. Where appropriate we can introduce you to specialist solicitors and counsel.

How long does a review take?

Initial reviews are typically returned within 7–14 days. Complex matters with large bundles may take longer; we will agree timelines with you in advance.

How do I send sensitive documents?

You can upload them through our secure contact form, or we can arrange an encrypted transfer link. Hard copies can also be posted on request.
